Banana Pancakes ingredients:
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 banana
This is a very simple but delicious banana pancakes recipe. Best of all, it’s gluten free, it’s paleo and refreshing, for only 250 calories.
Blend 2 whole eggs and 1 banana together for one minute until batter is thick and fluffy. Then heat your pan to medium low, spray PAM or coconut oil, and pour the batter on. Flip when you see mini bubbles forming on the surface. Garnish with your choice of fruits and some honey or syrup.
