Bean Sprout Breakfast Scramble Recipe
- 1 tbsp oil (or Pam spray)
- 10 oz bean sprout
- 5 eggs whisked
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Dash Maggie Seasoning (or soy sauce)
- 1 stalk green onions
Heat skillet with oil on high. Add bean sprouts. Sautéed for about a minute. Add eggs and stir slowly until eggs cooked and bean sprouts are softened (but not mushy). Add a dash of Maggie Seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. Removed from heat and add green onions.
Serve over rice or eat alone for a good carb-free option. For added spiciness sprinkle dry cayenne pepper or drizzle sriracha sauce. Enjoy your breakfast!!
