(2 cups) Hash browns -thawed
(8 oz) Colby Jack shredded cheese
(2.0-2.5 oz) fully cooked bacon
(1 tsp) salt
(2 lg) eggs
1. Heat oil in pot for frying.
2. Cut precooked bacon into bites sizes.
3. Mix defrosted hashbrown, bacon, cheese and salt together.
4. Roll into tight balls (1 in diameter).
5. Beat eggs in a bowl and roll hashbrown balls in eggs. Let excess egg drip off then roll in panko.
6. Fry until light golden color.
