Fried Tofu Laab Recipe

Ingredients:
Cilantro
Red onion
Yellow bell peppers
Orange bell peppers
Thai peppers
Olive oil
Tofu
Lemon grass
Fish sauce
Lime juice
Laab seasoning

 



 
 

 
Instructions:

1. Chopped cilantro, red onion, yellow and orange bel peppers and spicy peppers, then set aside to air dry.
2. Rinse and pat dry the tofu, soaking up as much moisture as you can.
3. Pan fried tofu in light olive oil with fresh garlic and shaved lemongrass then set aside to cool.
5. After drying up some of the moisture from washing the vegetables and cooling the fried tofu, toss together everything together and add laab seasoning, fish sauce and lime juice to your liking.
