Hmong Boiled Chicken with Tofu Recipe
Easy & Simple Hmong Chicken Tofu Soup Recipe: this is probably one of the most popular Hmong dish during family gatherings.
1. Boil a pot of hot water until boil and add chopped chicken. At any given time, add in the lemongrass.
2. When chicken is fully cooked, dice tofu and add into pot. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.
3. Add salt, broth powder and black pepper (tips: fresh tofu from Asian stores tastier then pre-packaged).
