Hmong Chicken with Eggplants Stir Fry Recipe
- Crushed garlic
- dry roasted peppers
- raw hot peppers
- oyster sauce
- soy sauce
1. Seared the eggplants first and set aside.
2. Fried garlic with peppers, add chicken and cook throughly.
3. Mix starch and water then pour into chicken.
4. Add sauce and eggplants just for few minutes then add onions.
5. Stir until onions are fully cooked (or however you prefer) then remove and serve
