Hmong Fried Tilapia Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 clove minced garlic oil
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup honey
half of a lime juice fish sauce (amount to you taste)
herbs of choice
2 tbs corn starch mix with 2 tbs water

 



 
 

 

Instructions:
In a pan, add in oil and garlic. Once the garlic turn light brown add in you herbs of choice (green onion, cilantro, mint, chili peppers etc. whatever you like) and let it soften. Then add in your sauces (above). Stir often. Add in corn starch mixture. Stir till thicken then pour over pan fried tilapia.
