Hmong Layered Jello

Hmong Layered Jello ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 can coconut
  • 3 boxes of gelatin
  • Can buy from any grocery store
  • Each box contains four packs(recommend buying the small packs, easier to measure without confusions)
  • Food color

 



 
 

 
How to make jello: (SINGLE LAYER)

1. Pour all ingredients into a big bowl

2. Stir until smooth

3. Add in the color you want

4. Pour them into a pot, turn on the stove and stir till warm(DO NOT WAIT TILL IT BOILS)

5. Pour it in a platter and let it sit in the fridge for 25-30 minutes

6. Should be stiff like regular jello, cut them up and you are all set.

How to make jello(DOUBLE/TRIPLE LAYERS)

1. Pour all ingredients into a big bowl

2. Stir until smooth

3. Divide the liquid into however many colors you would like in separate bowls

4. Add in the color you want for each bowls

5. Boil one bowl at a time

* let the other 1 or 2 sit on the side

* when boiling(DO NOT WAIT TILL IT BOILS)

6. Pour the first layer into a platter, let it sit in the fridge for 25-30 mins

7. Once the first layer is dry/stiff, repeat step 5, then pour the second layer on top of the first layer

8. Repeat steps 5, 6, & 7.

9. Once you are all done with your jello, slice them and serve.hmong layered jello
