Hmong Pork Filled Dough Balls Recipe

1 bag gluntinious (green bag) flour.
1-2 cups of water.
2 tbsp of tapioca starch.
Add salt to taste.




Filling: ground pork, salt, green onion, cilantro.

1. Cook meat thoroughly
2. Set aside. Mix flour and add meat to flour.
3. Roll into ball.
4. In a pot of boiling water, put balls into boiling water.
5. When the balls are floating, that mean it’s ready/cooked. Drain out, and add sauce of your choice.
