Hmong Sticky Rice Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:
Sticky rice
Ginger
Salt
Oil
Casing

 



 
 

 
Instructions:
1. Soak sticky rice overnight.
2. Boil some hot water, and add 1 to 2 tablespoon of oil.
3. Add crushed ginger and salt to tast. Stir everything together.
4. Turn stove off and drain rice.
5. Add rice to water mixture. If your water is too hot, mix in cold water.
6. Stuff rice into casing. When finish, steam until cook.
