Homemade chilli oil with garlic, peanuts and sesame seeds

Homemade Chilli ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oil (or 2 cups if you like more oil)
  • 2 heads garlic,
  • 1/2 cup coarsely grind dry red pepper (I buy mine so I roast them on medium heat until I get the dark color consistency I like)
  • Handful of Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds (you can roast the sesame seeds yourself beforehand; I buy mine already roasted)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (personal preference, you can add more)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of msg (personal preference, you can add more)

 



 
 

 
Instructions

  • Mince garlic (best if use a small food processor)
  • Heat oil in pan on medium heat
  • Add garlic, salt, msg; constantly stir until golden
  • Add pepper, sesame seeds, and peanuts
  • Stir for 5 – 10 SECONDS ONLY!
  • Take off stove immediately
  • Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes until cooled down
