Lotus Flower Cookies ingredients:
- 1 bag rice flour (this equals 4 cups)
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 can coconut milk (13 oz)
- 1/2 cup water
- oil for frying (preference brand)
- Small cups (depend on what you have)
In a large pots put the oil into the pots with the lotus molding. While it heats you mix the ingredients together.
In a big bowl put all the ingredients together. Wisk all the ingredients together. Make sure there are no lumps.
To check of your oil is hot you drop a drop of the batter into oil pan. If the batter float up your oil is ready.
Take your lotus mold out of the oil and dip into the batter. Don’t the mold all the way to the top. Take it to the hot oil and shake it lightly and the batter molding will fall of the molding.
Leave your cookie in the oil for a few minutes but have to turn it to the other sides too. The cookie will cook on both side then take it out.
Flip your small cups or bows upside down and put the cookie on top it. It will form into a flower shapes after it cool down. After the cookie cools down remove it to a big bow or preference then it’s ready to eat.
Repeat step 4-6 until all the batter is finished.
