Mantou Buns Recipe
- 3 cups of AP flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
- 1&1/3 cups of warm water or milk
- Sugar (optional)
Mix well, then let sit for 40 minutes, then roll out into balls and let sit again for 20 minutes then steam for 15 minutes!
If you want the buns to be sweet, you can add sugar to the mixture.
