Qhob Noom Khaim Kaim

Qhob Noom Khaim Kaim ingredients:

  • 1 bag or reg Asian red flour
  • 1 pack of yeast (21gram envelope from Food Maxx or where yeast packets are sold),
  • coconut milk
  • sugar
  • shredded coconut flakes or substitute by making freshly shredded coconut from an actual coconut



1- Mix flour with yeast, 1 cup of coco milk, 2 cup of cold water, and 1.5 cups of sugar (or as you desire for sweetness now or at the end)

2- Now preheat and mix 1 cup of water and 3 table spoon of the mixture from #1 into a medium pot, stir until the mixture is fully mixed

3- Mix the preheated solid into the rest of your flour, cover it with a lid for an hour (or until the mixture has puffed up a little)

4- In medium heat, heat up your flat pan and scoop up about 1 cup of the dough & spread it into the pan, cover the pan with a too for 1-2mins (until you can see that it had been fully cooked)

5- Remove it from pan by just flipping the bread onto the countertop

6- Add sugar if you like for it to be more sweet and sprinkle the bread with the coconut flakes and fold the bread in half then cut as desire
