Steamed Rice Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bag rice flour
  • 1 3/4 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 tablespoon double acting baking powder
  • 1 pkg instant yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can coconut milk

 



 
 

 
Instructions:
1. Heat coconut milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved, then let cool
2. Mix flours with water (rice flour, tapioca starch, yeast, baking flour) **If you want different colors, add food color
3. Add in coconut milk and sugar mixture
4. Let sit for 2 to 3 hrs and steam in aluminum cake pans
